Project Managers and Project Engineers lead customer projects from contract until customer acceptance. Project Manager is in charge of customer receiving the equipment specified, with good quality, within agreed time frame and cost budget set. Project Manager creates a credible project plan together with different functions in company and follows up the execution. Also communication with customer, change and risk management belong to Project Manager. Customer satisfaction is essential for the team.
