Operational Development, Quality & IT
Operational development supports the other functions in developing our processes and way of working even further. This way we can make sure that the operational work is flexible and effective and helps us to deliver the products with right quality on right time.
Quality teams are focusing on solving any found quality issues in our products and processes. Quality team is divided in two main operations, one helping production to handle product quality related issues and second part is focusing on maintaining ISO 9001 standard requirements so that we can maintain our quality certificate. Our own team is small, and we can easily get extra hands from our external service provider partners in case there is more work than expected.
Our IT team in Finland is working closely with our IT team in Austria. We share many systems on global level, some of them are handled locally in Vantaa and some of them we get as service from Austria. We have small IT team in Vantaa, which concentrates on keeping local systems and hardware working without interruptions for the users. In IT development we make a lot of operation development work to keep our systems supporting our business. For this work we often get support from external IT partners, since nowdays it is not possible to be an expert on all IT operations.
All persons in the whole operational development consisting of quality and ICT teams are very motivated to keep this company going forward and looking to the future.
