Tell us something about your job? What is it like working as Sales Manager?

I have been working in sales for more than 20 years now.

More than 20 years of interesting, eventful, exciting professional life in International Sales.

It has never come to my mind to change my profession. I guess, it says that I enjoy what I do a lot.

As long as I remember myself, I was always curious and interested in learning about different people different cultures, visiting different countries, constantly learning and experience something new.

Sales Manager work has become part of my life and part of myself with my customers making my every working day special.

What is the best part of working for Nextrom?

I have joined Nextrom in the beginning of 2019. I am relatively new to the company. Many people are working at Nextrom for more than 15-20 years and I perfectly understand why.

People are the great treasure at Nextrom. I enjoy working with my colleagues, my “dream team”.

I also respect and value what we are doing here at Nextrom. We are the supplier of production technologies for optical fiber and fiber optic cables. 

We are at the very beginning of the process that allows people in the different part of the world stay connected, for example.

It always amazes me how many applications are existing for the fiber drawn by our specialty towers.

R&D is a big part of Nextrom everyday life and same can be said about our dear customers. I find it fascinating and make me feel proud of what we do.

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time?

As mentioned earlier I do not separate much work and free time. I enjoy traveling, meeting and talking to people, visiting places, food tasting, learning different traditions.

I guess, I can also say that I am an outdoor person. All nature colors and smells are the remedy for my soul.

I like all outdoor activities. It would be skiing, ice skating, walking, for example, during the winter time.
